Eligibility: All teams must be affiliated and registered. All teams must provide original roster (goldenrod) including add, release and transfer forms signed by the League and District Registrars. Players' and coaches' passes with proper signatures are required. Membership forms (releases) with original ink signature of parent/guardian are required for all players. Guest players with proper guest player paperwork will be allowed. Out of state teams are also eligible to apply.

Age Group: The tournament is approved to host 64 Class I/Select Girls teams and will host the following age groups:

Under - 11 Girls (8 Teams) Under - 15 Girls (8 Teams)
Under - 12 Girls (8 Teams) Under - 16 Girls (8 Teams)
Under - 13 Girls (8 Teams) Under - 17 Girls (8 Teams)
Under - 14 Girls (8 Teams) Under - 18 Girls (8 Teams)

Format: Each team will play a minimum of 3 preliminary games; 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday. There will be 8 teams in each age division, the teams will be placed into 2 separate brackets of 4. Championship and consolation games will be held for the 4 teams advancing from their division. Winners will be decided by total points.

Awards: Each participant will receive a souvenir pin and program. Individual awards will be provided to the teams finishing 1st through 4th place in their age divisions.

Fees: The entry fee of $325 should be made payable to SAYSO and included with the tournament application. Teams not accepted will have their entry fee refunded in full. If a team withdraws from the tournament after [Date] entry fee. Any team withdrawing must do so by a notice sent receipt requested and postmarked no later than 14 days prior to the tournament start date. Failure to do so may result in a minimum $300 team penalty assessed by [] as well as forfeiture of tournament entry fees.

Housing: A list of hotel/motels will be included with acceptance notifications. Housing will not be provided.

Application Deadlines: Applications which have been sanctioned by the team’s District Tournament Coordinator must be submitted to [Name and mailing address] by [Date]. Applications must include a check/money order for amount specified above. No incomplete applications will be accepted. Late applications will be considered on a space available basis only. In the instance that the tournament fills all brackets prior to the application deadline, the tournament reserves the right to declare that it is full and closed to applications.

Section Process: Applications will be reviewed by the "Rag Doll's Revenge" tournament committee based on criteria established for acceptance and rejection of teams.

Notification: Notification of acceptance or rejection will be mailed to each applicant no later than [Date]. Entry fee refunds will be included in the rejection notices.
