Here's How to Register
Entry is limited to 16 teams, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
Be sure your entry form and payment arrive before April 30, 2003.

1. Complete the application form, one per team.

2. Decide if you are going to apply through your association (region, district, league, etc.) or directly to SAYSO. If you apply directly to SAYSO and your players are not already registered with US Club Soccer (USCS), you must purchase the optional USCS team insurance. If you apply through your association, its application procedures must be followed.

3. Make your check payable to SAYSO for the entry fee of $150.00 per team. Add $35 for USCS team insurance if you are applying directly. Identify your club and team on the check.

4. If you are applying directly to SAYSO, your application can be emailed, faxed to (650) 593-9733, or mailed to San Andreas Youth Soccer Organization, Suite 123, 1250 Fifth Avenue, Belmont, CA 94002. However, your team will not be registered until full payment is received. If you are applying through your association, its application procedures must be followed. In this case, your application must go through your association, which will approve and forward the application to SAYSO.

Refunds will be made to teams notifying SAYSO of their withdrawal before April 30, 2003. No hassle, no penalties, and no questions asked.
