Registration-Step 4 of 6

Everyone who registers in a SAYSO program becomes a "member" of United States Youth Soccer (USYS). You can provide the membership information online here and allow SAYSO to generate the Membership Application for your signature, or you can register by phone, fax, mail, or in person.

Step 4: Yes! I want to go to a secure site, provide the information online, and allow SAYSO to generate the membership application.
