If you are weary of refereeing and being yelled at all day...

Come and join us while we think “outside of the box” for half of a game.

Creating a More Enjoyable

Youth Soccer Environment

Thursday, January 17, 7:30-8:15 p.m., Belmont Sports Complex, Belmont

ü       Get ready to help create a pleasant game environment

ü       Why coaches and parents are confrontational and combative

ü       Why the current method of training players, coaches, and parents doesn’t work

ü       How simple the solution might be

ü       Today’s microcosm; tomorrow’s universe

ü       Putting meat on the skeleton: You are needed!

This is NOT a seminar on crowd control, or about how to be nice in the face of adversity, or about how to handle specific situations. This is NOT a seminar on psychology, positive thinking, or keeping a “happy thought.”

This is a presentation for referees who want to be part of a long-lasting solution to a long-standing problem. This is a presentation for referees who are seeking a different “model” for developing youth soccer players. This is a presentation for referees who want to be part of the change.
