Individuals (including parents of playing children) with coaching in any sport and/or soccer experience are invited to become part of the SAYSO coaching team. SAYSO will assist its coaches in obtaining the appropriate coaching credentials.

•    Head and Assistant Coaches (U8-U13, boy's and girl's teams, classes 1 and 3)
•    Goalkeeper Coach (all ages)
•    Sunday Afternoon Trainers (U5-U7 boys and girls)

High School Community Service Openings

The San Andreas Youth Soccer Organization is a nonprofit sports academy whose community service hours have been used by local students for years. SAYSO has a limited number of volunteer positions available to high school students who wish to accumulate community service hours towards their high school graduation requirements. Applicants should have experience in soccer or other competitive sports, be reasonably physically fit, be independent, dependable, responsible, and self-sufficient, and have an interest in learning/practicing leadership skills. After an applicant's volunteer commitment has been completed, he/she will be given a signed certificate indicating the number of volunteer hours served. Selected students may also be invited to return as part-time paid assistants and/or referees.
