Team Captain
Responsibilities

Team captains are extensions of the parental authority that is granted to the coaching staff. Integration of captains into the SAYSO team structure gradual, starting at U8 and U9 when a different captain is used for each week, and finishing in the early teens when the team captains have numerous responsibilities and authority.
