When the browser says "calendar not found" when you click on your calendar

If the calendar loads slowly or your browser reports "the requested calendar was not found" or "page not found," here are 5 ways to get to your calendar:
  1. Click on your browser's Refresh or Reload button.
  2. Click on your browser's Refresh or Reload button while holding down the Control key. This is a "hard refresh" that often works better.
  3. If you are using a Mac computer or the browser Opera, use "www.my.calendars.net" instead of "my.calendars.net" to begin the web address.
  4. Exit your browser, reload your browser, and go back to your calendar. This usually works.
  5. If you do not want to exit your browser, clear your browser's cache. In IE, go to Tools, Internet Options. On the General tab, click on "Delete Files" under Temporary Internet Files. In Mozilla or Netscape 6 or 7, go to Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Cache and hit "Clear Memory Cache" and, if necessary, "Clear Disk Cache".
