1. Select someone in your group (club, region, etc.) to be the league’s contact. Email your contact information (registrar@sayso.org) or call (650-593-5161) to let us know to whom we should send information.

2. Decide how you’re going to contact and promote the league to the coaches (teams, players, etc.) in your group. The league can provide artwork and fliers for you to duplicate, and we can send you the text of email announcements for you to distribute to your lists. But, give us lots of lead-time if you want or need us to print the fliers, do the mailings, or send the emails for you.

3. If your group is sending more than one team, select someone in your group to be your group’s Spring League registrar. This can be the contact person (1. above) or anyone else, including one of the coaches. (If your group sends more than one team to the Hot Shots Spring League, all paperwork should come through your group’s registrar.)

4. If you (personally) want to be involved as a Hot Shots League board member, let us know.
