During-the-season player and adult Adds: $18 (includes laminated player passes and USCS insurance)

During-the-season player and adult Drops: $5 (original USCS laminated player pass must be returned to the league)

During-the-season Transfers: $12 (original USCS laminated player pass must be submitted)

UNIFORM UPGRADES

The uniform allowance is $25 per player, which includes basic shorts, socks, and jersey in a style and color of the league’s choice, and marked with the league “Hot Shots” logo. Upgrades, if they are available from the league’s uniform vendor and are ordered before the uniform order deadline, will be at cost plus 10% less the uniform allowance. Uniforms from other vendors cannot be obtained through the league but can be obtained by the team itself.

SPECIAL CLUB LOGOS

The logo allowance is $2 per player. The Hot Shots League (heat press) logo will be applied to Spring jerseys unless an alternative (heat press) logo is made available by the team. Upgrades will be at cost plus 10% less the allowance. Heat press logos in the alternative design must be provided to the league in time to be shipped to the league’s uniform vendor. Logos applied via silk screening or embroidery cannot be obtained through the league but may be applied by teams to their league uniforms after delivery to them.

FIELD USAGE FEES

Some cities charge (teams of) residents for practice and game field usage. These charges are the responsibility of the teams using the field. If teams ask SAYSO to obtain their fields, the teams will be charged cost plus 10%.

DELIVERY AND SPECIAL HANDING

Amounts quoted assume pick-up and deliver to/from the SAYSO office. Any other delivery method will be charged at cost plus 10%.

US Club Soccer has a flat $25 surcharge for rush service, and if rush service is requested, the surcharge will be passed on to the requester.
