Cost Structure
Individual and team fees are mutually exclusive.
Fees are paid either as
individuals-at-large OR as a
teams, but NOT both.
Individuals-at-large pay the all-inclusive Spring registration fee.

Teams pay team fees (registration, referees, etc.), a per-player fee (league registration, uniform, etc.), and a per-adult fee. Within those categories, teams only pay for what they do not themselves provide.

Note 1: All teams pay the league registration fee. This fee covers the cost of administration, scheduling, and overhead.
Note 2: Teams pay the referee fee if they are not part of a club or organization that has its own referee-assignment ability. If a team, club, or organization is able to assign referees to Spring League games, the referee fee is not paid.
Note 3: All players on teams pay this league registration fee in addition to the team league registration fee. This fee covers administration, the participation award. and any trophy earned by the player.
Note 4: Teams that do not have US Club Soccer (USCS) photo ID passes pay this fee. Photo ID passes from other youth soccer organizations (e.g., CYSA, AYSO, etc.) cannot be used. If a team already has a set of USCS photo ID passes, this fee is not paid.
Note 5: Teams without uniforms pay this fee to receive numbered jerseys, shorts, and socks. If a team already has a set of matching, numbered jerseys, this fee is not paid. Uniforms must be ordered and paid for before the uniform order deadline.
Note 6: All adult officials (coach, assistant coach, team manager, etc.) pay this league registration fee in addition to the team league registration fee.

The Hot Shots League will provide scheduling, administrative support, participation awards, and trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place league winners (in the gold division).
Fun: $55 per team + $8 per player + $8 per adult
Gold: $95 per team + $8 per player + $8 per adult

Gold: $95 per team + $150 per team + $8 per player + $8 per adult
EXAMPLE 3: Dragons FC is a member of US Club Soccer and brings a team of 14 players into the gold division. The team has uniforms and laminated photographic player passes. The team has four adult team officials (coach, assistant coach, manager, and trainer). The team wants the league to assign referees.
$95 + $150 + (14)($8) + (4)($8) = $389 ($28 per player)
3. MULTIPLE TEAMS
FROM APPROVED USCS CLUBS ALREADY HAVING PLAYER/ADULT PASSES AND REFEREES
The Hot Shots League will provide scheduling, administrative support, uniforms, participation awards, and trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place league winners (in the gold division).
Fun: $55 per team + $8 per player + $25 per player + $8 per adult
Gold: $95 per team + $8 per player $25 per player + $8 per adult
$95 + (14)($8) + (14)($25) + (1)($6) = $568 ($41 per player)
The Hot Shots League will provide scheduling, player and adult (coach, manager, administrator, etc.) insurance, center referees for five home games, player passes, lamination of signed passes, and trophies to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place league winners (in the gold division).
Fun: $55 per team + $150 per team + $8 per player + $18 per player + $8 per adult + $18 per adult
Gold: $95 per team + $150 per team + $8 per player + $18 per player + $8 per adult + $18 per adult
EXAMPLE 4(B): Two parents organize 14 neighborhood friends into a fun team and plan to use tie-dyed tee shirts with hand-lettered numbers. One parent has weekend access to a local school field, but the team doesn’t even plan on practicing during the week.
$55 + $150 + (14)($8) + (14)($18) +
(2)($8) + (2)($18) = $621 ($45 per player)
Fun: $55 per team + $150 per team + $8 per player + $18 per player + $25 per player + $8 per adult + $18 per adult

EXAMPLE 5(A): A team of 14 players that played on
separate recreational teams in last fall, needs league uniforms, needs player
passes, and wants to stay in shape and play for the “Fun”. They want the league
to assign referees to their games. They find an adult to serve as the team
adult and plan on practicing and playing their home games at a local school.
$55 + $150 + (14)($8) + (14)($18) +
(14)($25) + (2)$(8) + (2)($18) = $971 ($70 per player)
EXAMPLE 5(B): A group of 3 parents wants to start a
competitive soccer team. They have tryouts and assemble 14 better-than-average
players who played for different recreational teams during the Fall. The
parents have access to a city park for practicing and a school for 5 weekend
games, but they want the league to provide everything else because this is
their first time in competitive soccer, and they already have enough to do.
$95 + $150 + (14)($8) + (14)($18) +
