Goalkeepers have a saying: "Any save is a good
save, even an ugly one." However, most young goalkeepers (no matter how much
experience they have had) give up unnecessary goals because they don't know
what to do. Goalkeepers who want to learn how (and, when!) to catch, punch,
deflect, dive, and punt are invited to attend SAYSO's 8-week goalkeeping
clinic. |

These forms can be filled out onscreen and then printed out
for your signature.
The Word versions can be saved on your own computer for you to use next year
(as long as the form doesn't change). The pdf versions can be filled out
onscreen, but they cannot be saved unless you have Adobe Acrobat or similar. (If you
need it, you can obtain the free pdf viewer here.
This viewer will permit you print, but will not permit you to save changed pdf documents.)
