SAYSO Summer Maintenance
This program will maintain your fitness and ball control skills during the summer when you are not actively playing. It will help you touch the ball 500 times each week. There are 20 activities (called 'games'), and you do each activity (game) 25 times during the week. For example, the first is "crunches". Please do 25 crunches during the week. All of the games can be done indoors, in your room or garage, and even while you're watching television. The 20 games do not have to be (and, should not be) done all in one day. You can do them in any order during the week. You can do the games partially (e.g., 10 crunches on Monday and 15 more on Wednesday) or completely on one day (e.g., 25 times on Thursday).
When you have completed the program for the week, have your parent sign the verification form. You'll be asked for the verification form at the first practice after our summer break.
